Actual photo shoot:

December 11

Model
The model for this photo shoot is called Lucy Collett (Vixen). I was really happy to be able to work with her, as she is a professional. So it was easy to work with her. I showed her the picture and she knew exactly what to do or where to stand!
If you want to see some of her other work, she has a facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Lucy-Vixen/183591108363400

Equipment
In the end I used one light as on the trial exercise. However to get a perfect white background, I had to use a standing light that was aimed just at the background.
So in total I used 2 lights in total.

Picture 1 & 2: light set up 1 & 2

I used the honeycomb grid to put on top of the main light that was set up on the left of the model when looking straight at her. It had to be straight up near to touching the ceiling to get a good effect on her body and face.
This was quite from the start apart form moving it slightly to get effect required.

Picture3 & 4 : trial 1 & 2

While set up these were ok, but the back was too bright.
A black board had to be added on the left to get some of the shadows on her back, just as original.

This was getting a bit better.

Picture 5 : trial with black board

Now once we had the light sorted, we needed Lucy to get into position, just like the original with Heidi Klum.
Here are some of the shots possibilities we got where we tried different pauses and styles.
